With the talent and expertise of our teachers, we at Fabin Rosa Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu believe any martial art form is good for beginners. That said, Muay Thai is often considered a friendly martial art for beginners.

What Is the Difference Between Muay Thai and Kickboxing?

While Muay Thai and kickboxing are similar sports,but there are some key differences. For example, Muay Thai uses an eight-point scoring system while kickboxing utilizes a four-point scoring system. Muay Thai also allows the use of elbows and knees while these are disallowed in kickboxing.
